We just launched this boat on Lake Lanier a couple weeks ago. We’re making this a floating guest house for Lakefront owners. 10% commission for any sales. Not the typical Lake Lanier property – but it attracted a LOT of attention in the few hours we were taking photos of it. It’s being produced in Jefferson, GA and best of all – no need for permits!
