The homes at Chateau Elan are definitely set apart from other subdivisions near Lake Lanier. Chateau Elans is a large community with nearly 2000 homes, it’s pretty much a city within a city. Most of the homes sit on the 63 hole golf course with incredible views of the golf course. There is also a winery, although the tour is worth the money, the wine on the other hand is just so so. Chateau Elan also offers a Sports Bar, Equestrian Center, spa and only 15 minutes to the Mall Of Georiga. Homes for sale at Chateau Elan range from $400,000 up to $4 million.
